/bending who {Insert Element}bending

Whenever you would type [/bending who {water/fire/earth/air}(bending)] or [/b w {w/f/e/a}] and [/bending who chi(blocking)] or [/b w c] it would show a list
of all the players with that pacticular bending element that was just typed in the command. Same for showing
avatars [/bending who avatar] or [/b w avatar].

one problem, bending display already shows the abilities of the element. I think you mean /b who
