Fixed bending not working

so in main world water manipulation ice blast earth blast and fire blast and hall the air moves aren't working but in the arena world everything works

Could be an issue with permissions, or if you are using a dev build your main world is in the disabled worlds list inside of the config. Report back once you can tell if either of those is the issue.
