I'm not sure if this is a bug, or just the way it is, but water bending has been this way for a while so I don't think it's a bug. When a water bender uses torrent or surge and makes a big sphere of ice they can't bend that ice. I thought that this was weird, and I think that they should allow water benders to bend the ice that they make. This could really help out when a water bender is in the middle of a desert or something and they just have a single water bottle. Comment below with your thoughts about this. Thank You!
