I can't seem to understand of a good reason why bucket bending shouldn't be consider as a feature for waterbending. In reality, you could place a bucket infront of you to bend water or any liquid made out of water from and back to.
This could have its own config option, where you could if waterbenders can utilize bending with a bucket or not. In-game, they would function pretty much like the same how they already do with waterbottles.
