A big thing that has been annoying me in Avatar State lately is that when you use the amazing RaiseEarth in Avatar State, but it takes forever for Collapse to clear the RaiseEarth away.
My suggestion:
Move: Collapse
Element: Earth
Improvement: Collapse collapses the same height as Avatar State Raise Earth, when in the Avatar State.
