I use GitHub, I just want to be able to have two people access a resource and be able to modify it at once.

I could just contribute on GitHub. It's not really necessary for me to have access with you, although I do understand where you're coming from. It would be a really neat addition for multiple developers to have access to a single resource, similarly to GitHub.
