Amazing avatar resource pack revival need your help

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could update this resource pack to 1.12? it's such a good resource pack that I would hate for it to go to waste [Since it has Kyoshi warrior fans which will finish my characters look on my server so if anyone can that would be great if not could someone direct me on how I can update this amazing resource pack? https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/avatar-the-last-airbender-equipment-pack/

try copy pasting the items, icons, gui, etc. files from the resource pack to an updated 1.12 minecraft resource pack
this is what i usually do when i combine resource packs to make my own custom one

I'll try to update it since the original creator stop maybe if I update it I could post it into the download section of pk?
