Amazing avatar resource pack revival need your help

try copy pasting the items, icons, gui, etc. files from the resource pack to an updated 1.12 minecraft resource pack
this is what i usually do when i combine resource packs to make my own custom one
 
I'll try to update it since the original creator stop maybe if I update it I could post it into the download section of pk?

would I need to delete the items,icons and etc in the 1.12 resourcepack?
 
So I updated it if anyone wants it I thought this one was the one I used before but its a diff one :/
