If you strongly believe in your suggestion, feel free to re-make it in the newer categories.
Might as well do that.

AVATAR WIKI said:
Strong wind: It is possible for the Avatar to unleash extremely powerful winds. During the battle at Wulong Forest, while extinguishing three enormous fire whips, Aang unleashed a straightforward wind attack at Ozai. Ozai was shaken, but he apparently did not take much damage from the hit. However, the same attack did great damage to a nearby rock pillar, causing the thick pillar to crumble in a matter of seconds and causing it to collapse.[40]

Avatarstate buff airburst cone should have a 17% chance to grief blocks where it hits, similar to charge fireblast. Of course this would come with a revert option as [true|false], so that the console owner could change it whenever he wishes to allow it to grief or not.

I like it, but don't you think it should be an added config? Something that can be changed from true and false.

Did you watched what Aang did? You can read the wiki for confirmation or rewatch the episodes that mentions it.

This doesn't really fit well in Minecraft though, it would look rather odd. For that reason, suggestion denied.
