Bug Report AirBlast no damage in WorldGuarded Areas

A detailed description of the bug you found.
AirBlast damage when knocked back to wall won't do damage in WorldGuard-ed areas but works fine in non-WorldGuard-ed.
Current flags are: build: ALLOW, pvp: ALLOW: allow, tnt: ALLOW, lighter: ALLOW, mob-damage: ALLOW, mob-spawning: DENY.

What should be happening instead?
AirBlast should do damage in areas that has WorldGuard.

Should it? I thought worldguard prevented all bending except peaceful moves if applied in config.

Well the area is specifically made for bending battles. That's why there are flags build: ALLOW and pvp: ALLOW.
All other abilities works perfectly fine.
