Suggestion Air Bison

To my knowledge, command blocks can make it so you can spawn cows with air particles that fly. That is all that needs to be said.​

Okay I'm not gonna be mean about this so. Okay command blocks aren't coding. I wish it was that easy. Sadly a lot of the cool features you can do with command blocks require plugins to use NMS (Net minecraft server) which usually changes with each MC update. Plugins that rely on using NMS then become version dependent, which is a pain for future proofing. The spigot API is good, but not that good.
Now, you could argue we could add a plugin like EchoPet to handle entities, but again, then we would be relying on a plugin that relies on NMS which just moves the issue further down the line. So sadly no, I doubt this will see the future any time soon. But with all this said, I'm not a Concept Designer.

P.S. Making the text bigger and with slight indentation does not make it any easier for the user to read.

You wouldn't need command blocks, that would just ruin the purpose of actually coding it. To my knowledge, you can spawn entities with Spigot/Bukkit, and execute some methods at their position. The command block part didn't make sense. Otherwise, it could possibly be done.

To the topic: I been in a server where they had flying cows and the texture pack it had it made cows look like bisons. One of them asked how they/(s)he did it, and one of them replied that they turned bats into looking cows.

And I bbelieve somebody did make sheep/chicken/pig fly like a bison and the plugin was all about that. I remember posting a video some time ago.
