Denied a new move api?

hey this would be pretty simple for a experienced java coder but that i am not so could anyone make a new api display for moves plsss like the one that jedk made if possible or better, maybe something that u can toggle on and off by command to see your moves and maybe when doing the /d b command it would display the other moves of elements for a ew seconds. if anyone could do thi i would be greatly apreciative aswell as alot of other people that bend
