Complete A bug and a buff

First things first, Bug: Earthbenders can't bend at all with mysellsium. Add that to the config unless it is what I suspect to be a bug affecting that.
Second thing last: Waterbenders should be able to bend with mysellsium as a source, taking the stuff away as a water source. This will not be op, because mushroom islands are way to rare, about as common as in the real world actually. Mysellsium obviously has water, a lot at that. You can look into why, but I am doing this from a cell phone, so I won't be able to say everything about it. Tell me what you think.

...dude. theres a list in the config of blocks you can earth bend. just add mycelium to it.

Server owners can open the config file and add mycelium. It's not a bug.
