A Better Solution for combing two moves: RaiseEarth&Collapse

I never said it removes the binds, but like waterarms, it does turn all the slots to make multiple abilities (modes)

It replaces only one slot (Raise Earth into Collapse) while it keeps the other slots how they were. So it isn't anything alike to waterarms, except changing the mode of ones ability.
