So, I forgot to actually update the Dev build with 1.3.0 BETA 4, but this one actually has a download, I promise!

Changes:
  • New Chiblocking Ability: Smokescreen
    • To use, the chiblocker just left clicks and he/she will fire a smoke bomb. When the smoke bomb makes contact with land a small ball of smoke will erupt. Anyone caught within a small radius of the smoke bomb will receive temporary blindness. This ability will make it easy for the chiblocker to make a quick escape, or move in for the kill. If the Chi Blocker is close enough to the landing location of the smoke bomb, he/she will be blinded as well. It has quite a long range. This has a rather long cooldown.
