Well from what I can tell they're already working on it! As for when (date wise/release# wise) I don't know and I don't even think they know. Since it requires a complete rework it could take a while. It depends on how close to done they are now and how much work is getting done every day/week.

It instead of creating ice that isn't there (like it currently does) it just gives them slowness if they are touched. If they're touched then they're already in the ice somehow so we don't need to create more.

Freezing opponents like it does currently is gross. If they use the in-game example I gave, it could just trap a players feet in the ice. Give them extreme slowness while they're on the ice (if hit by it) to resemble them "breaking their feet free".

I agree. I think if possible it'd be best if the cooldown for blocks were per person rather than per move. Like you can block 2 people within 1 second if your quick enough but if you wanna block the same person twice then you have to wait. (PS: this may already exist??? I feel like it does) Not...

Just don't use bottles I guess. You don't HAVE to have bottles in your inventory. But other than that, I don't know if there's a config option.

I know this was an issue in the past, however I'm not sure when/if it was fixed. If I were you, I would browse the Core updates and see if you can find which one has a bottlebending fix. Since you didn't provide which version of Pk you're using, I'm gonna assume you're not using the latest...
