If the person is near you, the water stream coming close to you could push people back. Only when its in front of the player would it turn to a full on surge.

I like this because it flows just like water would do in the show and it could get rid of problems like surge not coming out and having to be near water (without bottles) for surge to be useful.

Because if you get hit by chiblockers, it disables all stances. This could be used as an escape/chase move.

I think there should be a chiblocking passive called SpeedDash. SpeedDash would be similar to swiftswim, but it only works on land. It would involve the user holding shift on land just like swiftswim. If they look up, they will jump into the air just like swiftswim. Whats the difference? None...

This happens way too often. I think that they should make bottles override sources.
