The removal of water is actually 'almost' realistic. You can think of it as dirt soaking up the water and forming 'mud/clay'. *optimistic* :D

Waterarms have been requested time and time again, and been rejected various times for it being impractical. Waterbending does have mobility, waterwave. If that doesn't satisfy your needs, I'm not sure what will.

The plugin likes to keep their official moves cannon from what I have seen, and since this has yet to be shown in the show it isn't not counted as cannon.
