Its basically: An avatar is chosen and when they die a new one is chosen, But people with multiple elements wont be affected, And people granted the permission (bending.ability.AvatarState) wont be affected either

No, it wouldn't effect them. It only effects people that are chosen by the cycle or added (/b cycle add)

I already wrote this in my post: /bending cycle add <Player> | adds avatar to the player, removes from old player If there wasn't a player before then it will just add, since there is nothing to remove

I'd rather have it as a simple thing added to WaterWave, Also you dont have to sneak 10 blocks. Just select torrent from the source you were going to use originally for the combo....

WaterWave only reaches 10 blocks so i doubt you would get very far from your original source I think its kinda a waste to add since there will be only 3-5 combo's. I like the idea though, but it should not be a combo
