Lightning has stun, has a random path, and does a good amount of damage by default. And the warmup is nothing compared to some, especially when configured properly.

This move can be really glitchy. As a safety, I suggest not using it until it is fixed. That is my view on it.

If they don't add up to 100 then that leaves the possibility for a player to have more than one subelement. Only elements this could work for is water and earth as we have seen benders use multiple sub-elements from these elements.
