I am not cheap with lava. Ususally. Only against annoying benders do I lavaflow them. But against good people I'm not cheap :p

Well, there are a few things you need: Damage? Knockback? Range? Can all blocks be thrown? (Sand) Name of combo?

It's only op if you get hit by lava. That's the one factor that really makes a balance.
