I reread it, and I see where you are coming from, but they could not control the hydrogen in water as it is not found in any quantity in our atmosphere. Also, the oxygen and hydrogen are chemically bond so it is not air anymore, it's water. An airbender would not be able to break a chemical bond...

Read most of the paper, pretty good. Although what you said about water benders controlling hydrogen and oxygen in water didn't make much sense since they already do control the H2O molecules technicly.

Instead of shift+click it should be /bending spirit accept (/b s a), because it might interfere with moves like fire burst or shockwave.

Not too sure what you mean. But I always find it that I am persuaded better if the person uses reason and logic, rather than vulgar language. It's my opinion I guess? :/

I made something very similar to this on my server. I needed lots of command blocks. Took me like 5 hours. :P

I said it was unnecessary. It does not seems to have a purpose. FireCombos, WaterCombos, Metal Clips, they all have a purpose. This feels like it would just be tacked on, without a definitive reason to be added.
