Just because they use it to grab a wall is no reason to not have a cooldown on it. If something like that were to happen they could just grab the wall for a second and let go, thereby dodging and not having a cooldown.

Water Arms mainly doesn't work because you only have the use of one hand in minecraft and theres no way to make it look good.

Also, it still takes skill to use complicated bending techniques.

Kael the RPG is a separate plugin that server owners can download. It isnt required.

I don't really see this as a damage move I see it more as a move to immobilize people/mobs/boats to either catch them or get away.

Yeah it has two purposes I can see from looking at it: a cool change of particles or a power boost for firebenders that you want to have this.

However, this move has also been added to the default plugin, though it is a little different to the addon that was made by a forum member and a little more specific than your idea

Actually in the show when fire stopped being controlled by Azula it turned red. It was her bending that made it red, so when she stopped bending it the red color returned.
