I think you confused the Cooldown and duration, or it might be a bug on my end.

Still OP and not necessary. Other non-combat moves are used because they serve a purpose to another aspect of MC. This applies to trolling, which isn't to be supported or encouraged. You can take somebody's items by beating them in PvP and such.

That's the same as trolling. Besides, taking every item out of their inventory is way too OP. If anything, like I said before; why not suggest adding a disarm chance for AirBlast?
