It makes sense. In real life, if you cant find water to put out a fire, use sand or dirt instead. (I couldnt find a gif of earth blocking fire but there are MANY times it has)

So basically, its the ability to use waterspout even when there is not water? It doesnt even have a cooldown. (I am a waterbender).

I agree that this should be in rpg and not the core. It was only used twice in the show and it wasnt shown in TLOK. I agree, but this should have a relatively long cool down, especially if what you have suggested gets added.

The reason i suggest this is all the person has to do is firejet and the cooldown is pretty much over, this is a reasonable window for both opponents. This move will quickly become the most used in a firebenders arsenal if the cooldown is this short.

Most, but not all, its hard trying to figure out what basis bending moves can be made on anymore. The show is over, they didnt really have any exact rules because bending was still being explored and improved on.

How about a ten second cooldown?

Water expands when it phases into ice, its completely possible if it was cold enough i guess =P Would it be possible to allow the ice to dissapear once its been used once as a source?
