That config must be from your config.yml. The language.yml now contains prefixes and from beta 12 on, have their short names such as "Water", "Fire", etc (as well as the nonbender prefix :P )

I noticed that the water night message contains the ' character (apostrophes). ' characters are used for quotes in YML so you have to escape them with a backslash (replace all ' in the text with \' ). See if that works :)

This conflicts with EssentialsChat. However this would be a nice suggestion and is certainly do-able! I'd actually like this to be a feature myself so I give this a thumbs up! :)
