No mods, basically. Project Korra started on a basis that it will remain server-side with no client-side additions with the exception of the soon coming resource pack which does not need to be downloaded to play on a bukkit server, anyway.

I don't know, I feel like using a few particles near the top to represent all the splashing between the spout and the player might remedy that... slightly.

I'm very bothered by the lack of need for a water source... it would make waterbending redundant.

Currently, WaterSpout has had a recent extension called WaterWave. If a player left-clicks a water source, holds shift, and let's go looking in the direction they choose, they'll create a wave that launches them. Hope this helps. c:

The main problem with the Minecraft engine is that... well.. blocks. It should be understood that plugins can only take what resources are already in Minecraft and bend them into something else. Plugins cannot create custom items, animations, mobs, effects, particles, and the like. A swirling...

I personally wouldn't like to have this as its own passive. I like the idea of adding on to another move, though.

I'd like to add that the only way it could be more powerful is if the blast knocked entities further back which isn't much of a consolation from the original air blast, unless you would also like the move to inflict damage in which case it wouldn't make sense considering this isn't slicing wind...
