How can I disable bending in a specific world?!

I think there should be some actual plant moves implemented into this plugin. PlantBending now is like... Meh... It's useful af, but not very cool. List ideas please!

Normal non opped players can not bend on my server. Commands work but the bending itself doesn't. They have this permission "Bending.air" and yet they can't bend air...... Help me i really don't know what to do! And yes they are airbenders when trying to airbend.
