I'am not a concept designer but for me an Attack that do a significant amount of damage should not also have a powerful side effect like slowness but with some modification I think we can make it fit in the plugin. I propose that each shard do 2 damage (if you can stack the 3 shards on an enemy...

I always asked myself : why a Concept designer has to make an official suggestion can't he just talk to the developpers about his idea ? Oh and actually I like those changes but I think it should be able to block Fireblast too :D

Seems too complex to me I never was very clever XD but I think I understood the general idea and I think that the part where "you release shift while launching torrent it will continue going" is fine as a minor asset but I just think that shouting 3 torrents at the same time is useless.
