bending.ability.FerroControl is the permission. As others said, it's a passive ability - so you cannot bind it.

This is caused by a bug that is fixed in the next build. In the meantime, don't use /reload and it should be fine.

These are the same errors as what we've seen before. Not sure if the current changes have fixed it or not, but I do believe it's caused from items falling into Temp Lava and burning. Regardless, we'll look into them.

Of course. However, you shouldn't expect an immediate update. The changes to 1.13 are very large and will effect ProjectKorra immensely, so it will most likely take a lot of work (and time) updating to 1.13.
