No, sozin cannot do it almost instantly. Bolin does it like 10 times faster.

And you can't even use lava throw..... not only because your source get's destroyed almost immediately but because he freezes the lava mid air into cobble...... It needs a nerf. I crave nerf!

I can give you some clips of it being kind of op, expect them sooner rather then later.

I'm saying the controll time should be shorter, not the time the clips can stay on the body before you start controlling them. Just apply all the ingots first.
