Just wanted to get my say in ;p. And as an air main, I find that people that camp on air spout are pretty dumb, and that it has literally no usage in battle other than pissing people off, and moving over slopes like mountains or hills. But let's be honest, this goes for: 1) Waterbenders camping...

All elements have the potential to be what it's not, but some have it easier getting there. An Example would be Jeong Jeong's defensive firebending, and Zaheer's aggressive airbending.

If anything, upon impat a large fire move should at least do radius damage in water, but the damage would be reduced. This logic comes from even though it's fire and can't go through water, the heat transfer would still be scorching and will probably burn whatever is close to underneath it.

If this just so happens to be a move, on the positive side I'd be glad to see it but with less range, and less time of usage. Watching a few clips, all the said "control" you said they had lasted for very little time and was just used to throw an opponent (Something Torrent already does). Bottom...

I personally don't like the idea of the move seeing how Torrent basically already does this, and deals damage. Hydrokinesis in its own can hurt people because of the internal damage of having large amounts of water moving at great speeds. Air is different because it travels all around the person...
