To make them not move, you could use the effect from FrostBreath. It gives you so much slowness, you can't move.

Yeah you can't do anything while using healing waters. You kinda have to get away or hide for a little bit. If this was added to avatar state, you can regen and kick butt at the same time. That seems a little too op to me, but i don't know how you would fix this.

Yeah this is a really awesome suggestion. The current air scooter doesn't even look like a ball like it should. I hope it's put into the plugin!

The combo could even be changed to something like this: Surge (Left Click) > Phase Change (Left Click) > Ice Spike (Tap Shift) Surge to spread the water, Phase Change to freeze it and then Ice spike to freeze their feet. Notice I'm trying to stay away from Right Clicks because I've heard...

That being said, I still think this is a really cool ability and a great idea.

Well air benders bend air. Air isn't pure Oxygen. It's a lot of gasses including Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Argon. I think it should launch players in the air and make them take a small amount of fall damage with nausea and should stay there longer, but have a longer cool down.

The poison part doesn't make sense to me

Chi is most definitely close combat, and combos like this make so much sense for chi blockers. Great suggestion Fly and congrats on looking into!

I think this is really cool! It corresponds more with the show, but it seems OP that it lasts until your health is full again. It seems like no one would be able to kill you. And how would you determine if someone gets avatar state if you don't bind a move? Would it be a permission?

Agreed. It sounds like a cool, stealthy move for air benders, but it being invisible is really op and can be used really cheaply.
