As the others have said, just keep breaking the spout with basic moves (EarthBlast/WaterManipulation/FireBlast/AirSwipe). As for chi, well, just stay away from the AirSpout camper. Don't fight him if he's boring. Besides, he might get bored of waiting for you to come near and he might get off...

I'm with Easte, I think this would be a good nerf. Still feel kinda bad for firebenders though, but this would bring balance in my opinion.

How about this: EarthBlast (Hold shift) > EarthSmash (Left click) > Wait for earth to start spinning around you > Shockwave (Left click to fire) You would hold shift during the entire combo, and then you would release it after the combo is finished.

I think it's a cool idea. But, when you said "it can be blocked by the simplest of attacks" can you expand on what moves in particular?
