    Fixed avatarstate+waterspout = glitchy?

    also if you gether too many watermanipulations they start to disperse and leave a nasty littel water trail that takes a while to get rid of and cannot be drained by using phasechange, onnne more thing.... phasechange melt doesnt work in avatarstate

    heyy not too sure if this is fixable but every time i enter avatar state either while im already on a waterspout or before i activate waterspout it makes my screen zoom in and out really fast you would have to do it to see what i mean and i was just wondering if anyone could fix this?? its not...

    i think that when u surge people and freeze them with shift the outside layer should be *ice* and the inside should be water so its like a drowning trap but then you would have to add a disperse effect so its not 100% op but think it would be an amazing idea ive been trying to figure out how to...

    how does one set it up so people earth their moves with levels/experience? i have mcmmo like alot of other bending servers so maybe someone could link it into bending? im a complete nub at coding plugins so if i tried it would just mess up haha anyone?
