I don't see this working as the "new surge", especially because surge uses a "mathmatical" way of getting it's shape. I more see this working as a combo, like WaterSmash or something.

so, I dont want to read all 6 pages. Let me get this straight. There is a chance you get multiple subs right? Like, for air, there is a chance you get SP & flight, or just 1? And having a 27% chance of getting nothing?

I am glad you understand that a lot depends on the configuration. But yeah, most things comet just said are incorrect, simply because they aren't coded that way. @AlexTheCoder can back me up on that.
