I like the idea but I think that gives lag because of the particle animation

I think it would be very cool if different elements could combine abilities. Here the airbenders could make a Tornado and Waterbenders could use a Combo and "freeze" the Tornado making him a IceTornado.

I just know you can't bloodbend other WaterBenders. Try to bloodbend a Player who isn't a waterbender or someone who didn't used the command /b add Water

For IceWave: I don't think this results but I think you have in the config file of PK : Water > WaterSpout > Wave and it has the speed and flight time. I don't know if this works, I may be wrong. Correct me if I am :)
