not sure. did you try making a new server in general with 1.13.2 and only projectkorra?

im guessing your world's probably corrupted

its somewhere in the forums, i think phanaticD has a link to his 1.8.9 version but if you want you can run this on 1.13.2/pk 1.8.8 by going into the "history" section for this ability
