well then the issue is that ProjectKorra doesn’t support 1.14 yet lol. They’re working on an update for it now and I think one of the branches on GitHub is already 1.14 compatible if you wanna just clone that and compile it.

If you found the correct place to obtain JedCore it should not be a zip file. It should be a jar file.

yea you gotta make sure you’re using the most recent 1.13.2 version for it to load properly. If you’re having problems getting a new jar from BuildTools you can switch to PaperMc which is the same thing as spigot but actually had more improvements.

ProjectKorra is not compatible with 1.14 yet. If you want to use the plugin, the most updated version of it is for 1.13.2

this thread is so old I don’t think you would want to. I don’t know how resource packs have changed over the years, it might not be applicable anymore.

You can keep minecraft version 1.13.2. Spigot releases updates almost daily and it includes bug fixes and such. The reason you could be having these issues may be because of how out of date you are and you don't have any of those bug fixes. I recommend you extract the latest Spigot 1.13.2 jar...

Could you provide what ProjectKorra version you're using and what Spigot version you're using aswell as how out of date you are (by using /versions on your server you'll the number of versions behind you are). You're likely out of date.
