Description: Using sprinkle, you are able to destroy a 'WaterManipulation' ability at your sight and turn it into raindrops. Then you can use the raindrops to form a water sphere and throw it as ice pieces. This ability is a submission for 2022 Community Developer Amonathon.
Sprinkle version 1.0 is tested with PK v1.9.3 and Paper 1.18.1
Put Sprinkle into YourServer/plugins/ProjectKorra/Abilities folder.

- You can use sprinkle on other players' WaterManipulation.
- You can use IceVolley on other players' Sprinkle.
- To use IceVolley, you need to be under a Sprinkle.
