hmmm. If i may make a comment. The basic idea is great, however earth is the element of defense. As such i would make this move do less damage in exchange for cancelling other moves it runs into. Also i would do raise earth earth armor and then (while shifting) earth surf. this would give a reason for the dash forward.

cool idea though.
