"You are saying this passes thru everything" I just said the limits...
"Person B can attack thru said shield" Many attacks already go through certain shields? For example, Charged-Fireblast, Combustion, Torrent, Octopus-Form, Shockwave, etc. all go through RaiseEarth already.
Shockwave doesn't either

Tbh, how i would execute this move, is you shoot an iron chest plate on to the target, which slows them down, and obvs this wont work if the oponent has armor

Edit 1: Infact, this move shouldnt do any damage at all, if you are basing it off the episode, as it was simply a move to apprehend an enemy.
I see where you're coming from, but Kuvira displayed to shoot sharp metals at a rock, splitting it in two... Legend of Korra is broadcasted by Nickelodean, a kid's network, so I doubt they would show a metal spike slicing through a human body; by slicing the rock in half, Kuvira implied that she could do it to a human.

That's literally every single move that could be used against it basically. Also they were closer to the base than the top by a long way when she started throwing out plates.
I agree that the amount of moves is too much, "It can only cut through WaterManipulation, IceSpike, Torrent, Surge, Earthblast, RaiseEarth, Airblast, Airshield," I think it should only cut through earth bending abilities, and the only way for an earthbender to block it is for them to metal bend them selves. Logically speaking, a sharp piece of metal being hurled would not cut through wind, the wind would change it's course, so air should be able to block it. The flow of water would have similar affects, although, I don't know if possible, I think the metal blades would be able to break through ice just like they do rock, but anyways... The only way I could see a firebender blocking this is by melting the metal, which seems ridiculous, but it has been done plenty of times (especially in ATLA games, just saying).

OR

This move could be blockable by everything, just like any other basic bending move (Water Manip, Fire Blast, etc), except this projectile moves much, MUCH faster than any other bending, making it pretty hard to block.

This would be too op. 1.5 hearts of damage, spammable, and infinite. And passing trough abilities, like airshield. It is like bloodbending, way too op.

I think, for the moves you suggested to work you need to have iron ingots in your inventory and when you use a move it shoots it out (Animation probably have to be a snowball or something). Then the ingot returns to you so it works like water bottles for waterbenders

He said the projectile would be an iron pressure plate I think.

The projectiles were pretty fast in the show. They also seem aerodynamic, being tiny metal smooth shards being launched through the air.

I also thought about a simmilar move.It would be better if you could throw only two, like water manipulation using bottles. And also,it should only break through iceblast and some earthmoves. And with controling the plates attahed to players, ican finnaly kill the water campers
