Use: Right click a block to eat it. Gives Saturation I for 12 seconds.
Icon: A Diamond
Left click a person to apply the rock candy to them. It will slowly start to trap them. Every minute it is applied one level of slowness is applied (cap at three). There are two ways to remove it.
1. If you are an Earthbender simply press shift.
2. Taking 9 damage (4.5 hearts) will break the rock candy, freeing you.

Cabbage
Will sometimes drop from Zombies.
Icon: Light Green Dye.
Use: Right click a block to eat. Fills 3 hunger (1.5 drumsticks).

This is a well organized forum post and nice job with the items. I think, however, that HookShot and MetalDisc are suggestions for the Core because they are a move.
