Rainbending Debate

There is an addon called "Condensation", that allows to bend rain to fill the bottles. The Owner, Omni, claimed that his addon is actually only works in non fully closed space, but standing in the actual rain. So why shouldn't we implied this feature in the plugin?

To be honest, rainbending doesn't seem like a core feature. It was shown little in the show, and seldom mentioned. I think rainbending should go with addons, personally. It's since Omni just made a utility ability that just literally allows people to get water from rain, I don't understand why it started so much controversy. I agree rainbending was a feature people rarely worked with, but it shouldn't be added into PK Core. I don't think the rainbending sub-element shows much importance in the plugin.
