Bug Report WaterManipulation Bug

This bug is annoying. When use a lot of Manipulation this little water appears. Please Fix. I am using ProjectKorra (Core) 1.7.0 Beta 7 and ProjectKorra (Items) 1.1.0 Beta 1

I have been doing this before 1.7.0 beta 7, i used to tap shift look to the side punch and look to the other side and punch and so on and so forth and then target 15 - 16 watermanipulations at someone. but the water things that broke off where kinda annoying.

It has always been a bug but its just way more noticeable now that WaterManipulation is easily spammable.
