"Can someone help me? I'm stuck..." -Victim of Ice Creeper
This waterbending move will make your victim suffer through slowness 2 for 2 secs.
It would start out as the user shifting on water. (It will only work on water/ice.) Then the user will click on the target and a water slice (About the size of a pressure plate) will vaguely follow the victim until it hits something or it hits the target.
The only thing about it is it doesn't do any damage what so ever and the target must be within the level of the source. Meaning you can't shoot it at someone from a cliff if you are at the bottom.
"Ice creeper: A waterbender can send a ray of ice on the ground, speeding at an opponent to freeze them. This technique freezes a trail of water beginning with the waterbender performing the move and ending with their targets freezing.
