You can craft them, or just use /bending give grapplinghook [no. of uses]

Nau, I mean if you're wearing a set of metal armor, grappling hooks have infinite, or increased uses.
Also, maybe damage from them?
One thing i want to see is being able to stick to a wall if you have a grappling hook. Maybe pulling yourself to a wall and holding shift on impact, and a full suit of armor on, you can stick to the wall?
Idk. My ideas are bad x.x
