nowinstead of it suronding you because that is almost exactly like torrent I wont chage how its done but I will change the way its used instead of it surrounding you with water it will create a waterblock in front of you and when you let go of dshift it will create a spinning whirlpool at someone doing 2-3 hearts of damage and it will trap them in it making them unable to mave until it runs out or hits a wall

when the move runs out and hits wall? how long does it last? And you didnt change anything ,you almost completly made it as a new combo and combo loses its purpose ,so it shouldnt be called icebullet right? Cuzs there is no bullets yea... ok? So its better to rewrite this and say "new water combo:...." instead of completly changing the existing move, u k wat am saying?

I do not think this would be a good addition to projectkorra-core.
The description is very vague aswell, What would stop them from moving? Is there ice?
Try to cover the base questions next time.
