I suggest that when a player gets paralyzed that small sparks of the aqua redstone jump off the player.

They aren't getting shocked when they are paralyzed.... They're being punched various times to be immobilized...\
EDIT: Not exactly punching, but a small pinch to the neck is what it is..

It's in the title.... But back on topic, This also this is a great idea!! I think that when you are getting electrocuted it should have some sort of particle Because people freak out when it happens because they don't know what it is...
