I think it's pretty obvious by now that Air needs some updated moves and some entirely new ones. So here's a simple change I propose:
It's simple really. While holding shift, tornado would start like normal. You can drag your mouse around to move the tornado then click to send it off in any direction. Anyone in the tornado's path would get picked up and thrown in the same direction until the tornado stops. This ability would go great with velocity damage if it was also added in. The tornado could shrink like in the above gif if needed.
EDIT: Just had another idea. What if tornado could pull in earthblast and watermanipulation in the air if they are nearby or touch the tornado? If it's even possible (Which I'm not sure it is) it can circle around like how sand does.
